History
GLC Event Group has been catering the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas since 2011, and in 2013, we decided to take the next step and get a food truck. This way we would have our mobile kitchen to take to all our catering events as well as get into the food truck scene. We have been in the food service and hospitality industry for many years now, and we both wanted to work together and do what we love. That is where GLC Event Group started and now Bite My Biscuit Food Truck!!

Enjoyed a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. The biscuit was large and tasty. Will have to try some of the more adventurous sandwiches next time!

One of the best food trucks stopping by John Peter Smith hospital for nightshift food options. It's also one of the more fresh, gourmet trucks too, so it might take a bit longer to get your food...
