In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 74 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, ham, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. I love Bill Miller I was disappointed tonight. I love po boy plus combos. This one the brisket was dry and there was not enough bbq sauce on it. Fries were good but not a lot of fried tea is good....
