His food is trash straight garbage! It tastes like it's been sitting out an he just re-heats it. Doesn't practice proper food handling. On a scale from 1-10 I'd say get this place shut down ASAP!

Big Will's BBQ wants to bring to the community a special sauce and taste bar-b-que alternative to the way we look at meat. Our meats are available with a special sauce and made to order. In the future we will introduce our healthy, restaurant style meals. We wish to educate the community on a different meats taste that is delicious.

The food was not good and the food prep area was not clean. His dirty rice was actually some store bought mexican rice and his beans were pork&beans with a piece of hamburger in them. This guy is...
