History

As a result of their affinity for great spirits, Daniel Bass and Joseph Breda formed a partnership to create Big Thicket Distilling Company. Dan and Joe have been friends since childhood and enjoy making homebrewed beer. Plans to create craft spirits are underway. They will be joined by their wives, Gretchen Bass and Melissa Breda in this adventure.
