there aren't too many healthy options if you work at UT Southwestern or Parkland.. but this place suffices.. they have a number of 6 dollar salads or you can make your own salad.. the ingredients...

The paucity of healthy food options around hospitals in general never ceases to amaze me. Big Sal's is pretty much your only option for healthy eating at UT Southwestern, unless you count Subway....
