It maintains several cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The Fit-N-Wise Wellness Center has a swimming pool that spreads across an area of more than 20 yards. The center additionally conducts spin, triathlon training and aerobics classes. It organizes nutrition workshops, as well as Pilates, yoga, aqua awakening and silver splash sessions. The Fit-N-Wise Wellness Center also provides body sculpturing and toning services and is a part of the Wise Regional Health System, which was established in 1973.
