We specialize in a traditional Texas-Czech settler pastry, the kolache. The twist is--our flavors reflect the culture of San Antonio. So, you can find the Old World Czech poppy seed filling, but we also have many more flavors you can't find anywhere else in the state: mango w/ chamoy candy sprinkles, pecan cream, cheesy migas, and carne guisada.
