The Community Supervision and Corrections Department, also known as CSCD, is one of the county s departments that offers investigation and case management services. Located in Seguin, Texas, the department provides assessment, vocational rehabilitation and family preservation services. It is responsible for the supervision of offenders who are sentenced to probation and parole. The Community Supervision and Corrections Department also offers referral and support services. In addition, the department administers the Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility program (SAFPF), which is a residential program that includes treatment services. The Community Supervision and Corrections Department additionally offers educational, intervention and counseling services. The department hosts painting competitions and other fundraising events.

NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness.NAMI San Antonio provides free peer-led mental health education classes and support groups for individuals living with a mental health condition and their loved ones, as well as hosts community events.
