History
I decided to control my nutrition because at the age of 24 I was struggling with diabetes. After 2 pregnancies and being unsuccessful losing weight on my own, I accepted my brothers help with Herbalife Nutrition. 6 months on my own, I had lost 10 pounds but my 1st week with Herbalife, I lost 7 pounds, not typical but possible. The support and environment made it fun, simple and magical to face my health struggles and lose weight. I simply started sharing how I felt and fell in love with the process of guiding others to their fullest potential. I decided to leave my career as an educator for a public school and transformed my skills in to a Wellness Coach with Herbalife. Working from home, I met strangers that became family, I held weight loss challenges and FREE workouts at the park. A few months later I was able to open my nutrition club, Better YOU Nutrition & Fitness where the mission has expanded to helping San Antonio get Healthy! Come Experience your Possibilities.
