this is the worst store I have ever been to. was ignored by sell associates. the management at this location is clearly incompetent considering they son train their staff for basic customer service.

Waited over 45 minutes for someone to assist me. Finally just left the store and decided to go elsewhere. Hire more personnel that can actually assist your customers please.

Be careful if you order a PlayStation 5 for pickup at this location. The employees cancelled my order when it was ready for pick-up and took it for themselves. All they can say is "we don't have...

Good store but do NOT buy total tech. They will cancel and tell you that everything you purchased previously is no longer covered. They send 1 email knowing it will go in spam and not care.
