Very bad residential apartment! Nothing is working as it should. A rent is paid, and the gates are open, exposing everyone here to being robbed. The residents themselves are very bad behavior....

Update: while moving out the leasing agents don't know what they're doing / don't know their contracts. The only trusted one who was informative and knowledgeable was DAISY WASHINGTON. Bless that...

Lived here for 3 years. At 1st everything was fine EXCEPT for the stomping, running, jumping from upstairs apt. It would be 1am & they just didn't have any considerations the tenants downstairs....
