Benefield House Bed & Breakfast

The Benefield House Bed and Breakfast is an 1890’s Queen Anne Victorian painted lady with Texas Historical markers, located in the heart of the historical district. We lovingly restored her to her full glory in 2022. Our guests will enjoy three elegant guest rooms with private baths featuring many antique furnishings with modern amenities including complimentary WiFi and flat screen TVs. Whether your trip is business or personal, our two course gourmet breakfast and cozy rooms will make a very memorable experience. Our guests are encouraged to explore all of the common areas. These include a parlor that is like stepping back in time. The front parlor features many antiques and time period furnishings. Enjoy the 1880s Thomas Edison phonograph, the antique Kimball baby grand piano or read a book in one of the oversized wingback chairs. We invite you to explore our spacious manicured grounds or to grab a refreshment from our coffee bar and simply sit on the porch in one of our rocking chairs and enjoy the calm and peaceful sounds of nature around you. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beautiful historic town center features shops, antique stores, museums, beautiful old churches, historic homes and some of the finest dining in East Texas. Enjoy carriage rides, boat tours, ghost walks and so much more! The city of Jefferson is known for its southern hospitality.
