History

Jogging was my thing back then and I rarely enjoyed the actual running motion, not until I finished and then it was GLory Hallelluyahhhh! I decided to take up Belly Dancing through my sister's encouragement and Yola! Hello new world and hello new ME. Belly dancing allows a sense of timelessness because I really enjoy every dance move and the music is so mesmerizing that I actually get lost in it. It's the best way to feel and how the time goes by so quickly!

Belly Dancing / Middle Eastern Dance Art for Fitness & Grace. Students can start their dance portfolio (videos/ pics / costumes) with us. Trying to stay in shape or primarily interested in performance is up to you, we'll guide you every step of the way. Many newcomers expressed 'It's ME time' and longed to Belly Dance for years.... are you one of those??? Hope to see you soon in the classroom or on stage!
