UPDATE: 2 stars to3 stars. Maintenance was short staffed and they were very apologetic for taking so long. Unfortunately that gates are still broken.

This complex offers nothing to their renters when a disaster ( broken pipes , flooded unit , etc. happens to their unit due no fault to tenants. not to mention tenant was out of town when flood...

Nice grounds, convenient location and friendly staff. Appears lovely at first glance however after walking the grounds, it was discovered that serious plumbing and general maintenance problems exist.
