CEP, also known as Community Education Partners, provides academic and behavior improvement programs for disruptive, low-performing and overage public school students in grades 6 through 12. Founded in 1996, the company partners with school districts, teachers unions and communities to help stressed students in learning. It has served more than 80,000 students throughout Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia. CEP s behavioral intervention program includes evaluation and assessment and basic academic skills, such as reading and mathematics. It has a student and family service center that provides community-based special services, such as anger management, family and pregnancy counseling, mental health evaluation and case management. Additionally, CEP offers substance abuse prevention and crisis intervention programs for students.
