History

For nine years I provided group and individual therapy services to local agencies, clinics, and the school setting with preschool through 12th grades in the Austin area. In 2012 I decided to open the doors of my own private practice to continue serving the Austin area in family and relationship issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, parenting skills, and grief and loss issues.

I specialize in helping couples and individuals discover harmony and balance by delivering excellent clinical and consulting services to my clients. My mission is to enhance the lives of each client I serve by asking them to become partners in their own care, then providing high quality, scientifically based, confidential, and private psychotherapeutic services in a timely and efficient manner. I have a passion for working with couples and adults who in their time of transition can benefit from the fresh perspective, insight and warm regard I provide.
