Inept staff both when you call on the phone and when you go in person. When you go in person, you must check in with a MobilePhone device. I want to close my account and no less than two employees...

"WORTHLESS" (EVERYONE READ THIS) How can they call Compass a bank. Third Compass bank I've been to and nobody can cash a check they issued? Also wants to charge sevice fee to cash there check???...
