History

Established in 2007 in Houston, TX. In November 2007 in Houston, TX, the first BB's was born on Montrose @ Westheimer with only 12 tables. It was our hidden gem serving authentic Po'boys and Tex-Orleans entrees, LATE night. The New Orleans style eatery with a unique Texas twist was founded by Brooks Bassler, a University of Houston, Bauer College of Business graduate with a Cajun heart and a Texas soul. With the help of his Krewe and family, BB's Tex-Orleans has grown to 13 locations in Houston, Texas. Come experience the Home of Tex-Orleans Cooking!
