Founded in 1973, Bay Area Christian School is located in League City, Texas. The school is owned and operates as a ministry of the Bay Area First Baptist Church. Its elementary school offers a phonics-based reading program. Its students in grades seven through 12 receive academic preparation, as well as opportunities in music, sports and a variety of social activities. Its curriculum includes language, science, history and math. It offers Christian values and Bible instruction to enhance character development for daily living. It has a gymnasium and field house to enhance the athletic and physical education programs. Its high school department offers sport activities, such as football, volleyball, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, track, cheerleading and golf.
