This location is lacking bad. No flavors, no bananas, no strawberry ice cream. Not sure how they stay open. Disappointing.

We welcomed the opening of B&R in Temple. unfortunately we no longer go because the place is dirty. Always lacking ice cream flavors, cones, napkins, cups and spoons. Staff go from managing money...

The phone number doesn't work. And don't try ordering online because 95% of the time, they are out of just about everything. They had 4 employees standing around while I waited for a good 5...

I love a good Black Walnut ice cream. I bought a pint of this flavor April 2, 2024. At least I thought I bought a pint until I got it home. See picture below.

Went thru drive thru for a couple of chocolate shakes. Sorry. We only have 4 flavors here at BR 31 flavors. 5th visit. 5th letdown.
