Founded in 1992, Basic Energy Services is one of the largest well servicing contractors in the United States. With more than 4,100 employees, it maintains a fleet of more than 390 well servicing rigs and 640 trucks. Basic Energy Services offers a range of rental and fishing tools. The company provides well site construction services, including maintenance of access roads, building of drilling locations and installation of pipelines. It additionally manages more than 1600 frac tanks and over 40 salt water disposal wells. Basic Energy Services also provides circulating and foam air units, blow-out preventers and power swivels that are used for drilling. With more than 130 pressure pumping units, it offers cementing, coiled tubing and acidizing services.
