I've only been here once, but the customer service lady was able to find the book I was looking for extremely quickly. They've got a huge Starbucks inside and I like that they highlight a board...

Super helpful and attentive staff. I really need to go to this location to study. It's so nice and quite and of course there is a Starbucks just in case your feeling froggie

Severely understaffed. It regularly takes 15 to 20 minutes to check out. I will not be shopping here any more.

We come to this B & N often, customer service is always good, place is spacious and always fun check out there Book Annex section, and coffee is a wonderful plus!!
