This is the best barbacoa I have ever had in El Paso. I've only had better barbacoa in Juarez. It is expensive, about twice what I can buy barbacoa for in other place, but it is worth it....

The barbacoa is heated on a flat iron and when served its dry and tasteless. Unfortunately there are no other Barbacoa places that sell it here in El Paso.
