Summary- Really very good ribs and pretty good everything else. Food- 4 Stars Ribs were out of this world, smoky throughout, tender, delicious. Brisket (I got sliced and it was all from the flat)...

Chopped beef sandwich is very good. Also the Baudoin. Ribs fall off the bone. Small place only 5 tables but good food. I recommend it.

No answer on Sunday. I guess they are not open which is fine. I am glad they honor the Lord's Day but I have a brother who is in the hospital and he wants BBQ!

Really stinkin good, i like sweeter sauce usually but it was awesome! The sides are amazing too. Full 5 stars for sure.
