Never had any problem with the irving branch. My parents, brother, uncle all use this bank. Always helpful. In over 20 years never had a problem. Now I have had problems with my chase acct.

Buyer beware, horrible customer service, minimum 30 minute hold before you can speak with anyone, and they are all trained to say the same thing. When asked to speak with management they are not...
