Their tellers do care ( all 2 of them). I do find it strange that with so many people in line why not add more staff. Very slow service. Need more workers.

The absolute worst BofA EVER! Seldom is there more than 1 teller and the drive thru is closed ! Eight customers in line and all we do is wait!

zero. this bank sucks. No drive through. wont deposit cash. Had a pod and pow upon death for my mom's account. Brought in death certificates and all paperwork req, took 3 months to close account.

Customer Service by Phone Sucks. They even do not care about you as a person, they just want to make money of your money no matter what. Make a check deposit and with no logical reason, they hold...

1 bank teller! With about 15-20 people in the line. Seriously! This location needs to hire more teller. Or atleast have more manpower during peak time. Who ever run this location needs to do...
