I doubt BofA cares about customer service. I've been a customer for 15yrs and until recently have never had problems. Suffice to say I'm taking my bucks elsewhere.

Everything needs improvement in this branch. 4 staff members standing around , only ONE teller working. 2 people ahead of me in line , took me 34mys to get the only one teller to help me....

Surprised this branch is still open. Poor management. Waited 20 minutes in line just for them to tell me they cannot assist me. I'm a banker and I've never seen such poor infrastructure.
