Three tellers of which only one working , then two just walk away. Mind you - one of them was helping someone as I joined line.. And here we are standing .... And waiting.... I been BoFA...

There's always a wait here. Only one teller while the others just walk around. People literally just want to deposit or withdraw and it's takes 15-20 per person

Im sorry but this has always been my absolute least favorite location. Everytime I've went here they are 0 help and rude. Save your time go to dallas PKWY location, not this one on preston. SAVE...

josh was really nice and they had appointment but we walked right in and they got us in as soon as they weren't busy i felt welcomed
