Horrible customer service. 30+ minutes, just to change a pin???? The heavy set, African American lady is so rude. She should quit if she hates her job.

This is a smaller B of A and the next one is off 20 towards Fort Worth. Service was not bad at all, the cashier was friendly and went through the process quickly. The line was a little long....

This location is severely understaffed. There's always only one banker. Long wait times super inconvenient. Really makes me regret switching over to BOA
