This BOA branch has serious efficiency problems. Always a half dozen people 'working' but only one teller helping customers. Never takes less then 30 mins if you need personal banking assistance.

This location let their notary license expire. It is simple enough to monitor an upcoming expiration date and get a renewal application in, but apparently it is too difficult a task for this group...
