These complaints are petty to me. I've been banking here for years and when I need to go in I call and make an appointment with my banker Sylvia who I love and she is never anything but helpful...

They are polite and business like but In person customer service: Keep your expectations low, very low. BTW... Not bicycle friendly.

Terrible service, I wouldn't even call it service teller on far right sitting down was terrible didn't offer any good help to the customer in front of me turned her away and told her to just call...

It's an ATM machine. It offers you services outside of normal hours or if you don't need to see a human breathing person at all. That's all. Yeah!

Didn't love this BofA location. Went down there during Covid-19 and there was absolutely no signage telling me where to go. Ended up at the back door which was locked, and had to loop back around...
