Can't believe that they closed the drive thru. Now there's no parking and a 20 wait to get anything done inside. This is not the service I expect from the nation's largest bank. :-(

This particular branch is smaller. Very limited parking. For your convenience it has inside the bank building area a secured ATM and one located outside adjacent to teller drive through areas.

I came in to close my account due to some new fees they have. However no one even cared to ask why I a closing kudzu jammed me a piece of paper snd told me to go in the line to clear my account....
