This BofA is the best one in Grand Prairie and I have been to them all. Customer service is always great. There is no wait like the one on Hwy 161 in Grand Prairie. Employees are always helpful....

This location doesn't have drive up teller service. They have the stalls for it, but they just have ATM's "for your convenience". I do not find that convenient at all. I no longer have bank...

I've been standing in line for 45 min, there's only 2 tellers. And they don't seem even try to make things faster, wrong attitude.
