This bank made me leave BOA for good, my first mistake was signing up for Bank of America .

Garbage branch, only 1 teller. No drive thru and no business lane. Always dirty and manager is never available.

Takes about 15 mins before a banker actually notices you're there and need help. Then for help they refer you to their customer service phone number. What's the point of a bank if all they do is...

There are way too many people and way too little lanes!! The workers are a bit slow but it also seems the machinery they have to put up with is also one of the reasons why they cannot be as fast...
