I really like Bank of America. The customer service is really good at least 90% of the time.

Made me wait 1 hour for the 2 minute appointment to change my PIN number. They could have fit me in while they waited for clients that never showed or those that were late. Horrible customer service.

They didn't help at all, my phone was stolen, I said I'm going there, my phone was stolen, cancel my card, it's 458 o'clock, we're closed at 5 o'clock, he said no, I can't do it

Lines are too long! Not enough employees , drive through still not open! Joke of a business - do not use this branch ! Business customer not happy
