Absolutely the worst customer service in a bank. Took me 40 minutes in line to wait. Only one window open, while 20 customers wait.

Horrible customer service, they need to be retrained or trained period, so slow and one teller most of the time with people lined up to the street,

Worst bank ever! My mother-in-law has banked here for 25+ years. She is now in her 80's and has Alzheimer's. We've been trying to get her accounts straightened out and the bank has been zero help....

Horrible service! I used to have BOA and today I wanted to open up a new account, they have locks everywhere and when I try to go inside the lobby some Asian man gave me the sign of "we are close"...
