Change your policy, and stop charging for maintenance fees when my account isn't being used. I stopped using the savings account almost 6 months ago and I still had money coming out of my account...

One teller working with 6 people in line. The lobby is full, cramped even. Meanwhile the staff in offices sit at their desks with no one in front of them, seemingly doing nothing.

I really was hoping for a zero star rating. The check in station was unmanned so I enlisted assistance from a teller who asked me to sit down and wait for the branch manager who was chit chatting...
