I hate this location. The ATM is always broken, and they need more than one drive up ATM. If you need a teller, plan on being there for a while. They are always short staffed. The only positives...

worst customer service! Go to the ones at Preston Rd or Legacy Dr! The teller helped other customer even though I was there before her.

I don't think I have ever had a shittier time in a bank than today at this Bank of America I waited 30 minutes for a very simple transaction shit customer service
