Every time I call, the wait is from 1hr to 2hrs. They keep transferring you (to the wrong place). Their online help link does not give the direct numbers to the exact departments like Discover...

This is the worst location and manager EVER! We have used BOA for over 15 years. I have always been able to use them to notarize various documents. The manager today deem our documents...NOT...
