History

Band Co-Op Rehearsal Studios was founded in 1988 as one of the original facilities to provide rehearsal rooms to Austin area musicians. Since it's founding, the Band Co-Op has expanded into a three building operation that has over 60 rooms including three recording studios. The founder was a local musician and believed that everyone should have a quality, but affordable room they can call their own. For the past 25 years, the Band Co-Op's success has solely been generated by word-of-mouth.
