Beautiful lake. Five dollars to visit. Bring small bills so you can have the right amount to place in an envelope. Not much for facilities here and I didn't check out the restrooms so cannot...

Lake Balmorhea the lake and not the park with the pool is a great place to bird for Clark's and Western Grebes as well as other birds. I actually saw the Grebes "dancing" the first time I visited...
