History

Baldo's began in the summer of 2017 fixated on bringing quality handmade ice cream to Dallas. After a year of RD, we had to confidence to transition into a storefront. Baldos Hillcrest opened its doors in January 2019. We are passionate about using the freshest ingredients and partnering with other local businesses when possible.

Specialties

Each offering, whether hot or cold, is composed of a few thoughtful ingredients. We make everything from scratch in small batches on a daily basis. So come on in, relax and enjoy our signature mini ice cream cone flights.
