This place was awesome. I came with a group of 6-8. It was Tuesday night, we had to get away from the politics / election night drama. We.had.a.blast. Half of our group ordered 'basic' drinks....

Great snow cones. Terrible customer service. The kids in there need to understand, when you work in a customer service industry, you need to at least speak to the customers.

I walked in and stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for about 5 mins their were 4 people working and not one of them could take my order I got pissed so I just left

Service is super slow , when I finally got to the window , our drinks look like they had been sitting there for a while and were melted ,The girl at the window was kinda rude , when I asked her...

Long wait times. It's a shame that the service is so poor, because the snowballs are actually good. I can't give a higher rating, because the wait is always incredibly long in the drive-thru....
