I didn't have a bad experience. I just feel like this office is OK. They don't have much of a waiting area, it looks like a back office and the ultrasound room looks much like a hospital setting...

Jennifer was AMAZING and worked so hard to make sure I got some awesome pictures of my baby boy. So thankful for her patience even after we had to come back for a redo 10/10

My main complaint is how strict they are when it comes to covid rules and mask wearing... it's 2024... you shouldn't be pushing mask wearing on anyone. I'm disappointed that I didn't go to another...
