I've been doing business with Texas Citizen for about a year now. I thought a local bank would provide better service. I have to say the Rice Blvd branch just treated me with pompous disrespect....

Seems like the managers have prejudice! From the mid-level managers to the top! I spoke to several high-level managers including the CEO complaining about the issue and they still had faulty logic...
