Please try to avoid working with this Lawyer's office. They promise you a lot of things, but never fulfills it... I know at least 2 people who started a case here, and never finished it until now....

I cannot recommend anyone use these folks. They had all of my fee and failed to file my fiancee's visa application for 6 months. Avoid, and go with someone else.
