Azam Kundi, MD

Dr. Jonathan Garza is Chief of Neurology at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic. After earning his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2003, Dr. Garza completed his internship and residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Garza is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Neurology and the Harris County Neurological Society. When not caring for patients, Dr. Garza enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he also enjoys reading, rock climbing and traveling with his family.

After earning her medical degree from School of Medicine Oviedo, Dr. Lopez-Miranda completed her internship at Hospital General De Oviedo and residency at Residencia Covadonga. She is a member of the American Society of Pediatric Radiology, European Society of Pediatric Radiology and the Spanish Society of Radiology. When not caring for her patients, Dr. Lopez-Miranda enjoys reading, biking and skiing, but mainly spending time with her children.

Dr. Crockett received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Baylor College of Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Crockett completed an internship in Preliminary Medicine at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. She also completed her residency in Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine's Cullen Eye Institute. She followed this with a fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children's Hospital in 2015. Dr. Crockett is licensed by the Texas Medical Board. Dr. Crockett is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Texas Medical Association, Harris County Medical Society and American Association of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. Dr. Crockette enjoys soccer, travel and spending time with family, friends and her cat. As a child, Dr. Crockette wanted to be a spy or detective when she grew up because she thought it would be fun to see the world and solve mysteries.The most exotic place she has visited is Tibet.
