This business grew out of the need for a honest, trustworthy, one stop shop for clients who had inherited property that they didn't need or want. Usually that came complete with contents. Most are off site owners and don't have the ability to temporarily relocate while the contents or homes sell. That's where we come in. We can handle the content sale, home repairs, updates, photography, listing, and sale of the home without the stress and time required for the owners. We are insured and bonded. We handle the setup, sale, cleanout, and haul off of remaining items. When we are done, the home is empty. The proceeds can be used to improve the home for sale value.
