Don't do it. NP- Marie Rojas was my provder at Ave 360- does not return messages on my chart and does not care . Whatever oath she took was a lie. You will be just a number not a patient. RUN!!!!

Midtown location will not answer phone at all. So sad to have a state of the art facility located so close to where it all began in the first place not even be able to answer the phone. Zero...
