For over 10 years I have professionally supported family change. I taught parenting classes at The Parenting Center for several years before obtaining my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy. Now my focus is on helping adults and couples through life transitions such as postpartum, parenting, marriage, divorce, learning to communicate, and more.
